GRCSA  Field Use Request Procedures

Fields at GRCSA are for official club use ONLY!   No practices or unscheduled activities are permitted on the fields without authorization

In order for a club team to request a field for a game, or multiple games you must fill out the game request sheet below. Game requests must be submitted at least 12 business days before the scheduled game. Once submitted, this information is shared with the assignors.

Guidelines:

1. Fields can only be requested for GRCSA teams.

2. Up to 3 dates can be requested on one request form.

3.Fields requested on Sundays will not start until 5:00 pm due to recreational league and will be based on field availability. (During Rec Season Only )

4. Please try NOT to schedule weekday games. With school soccer seasons and Rec team practices it is hard to find referees and field availability.

5. When referees are assigned to your games, the Referee Assignor will email you letting you know. If you need to contact the assignor, please email to [email protected].
